Practice:We will learn 3 essential tools for understanding what meditation is and how it works. These tools can be applied to your present meditation or other spiritual practice.
Ideas:Drawing on Buddhist and Christian scriptural practices we will explore techniques on how to develop deep compassion in the midst of everyday situations and difficulties.
Reflection: As we approach the beginning of summer we take some time for reflection and to contemplate the potential of our coming year.
Dates: Friday, 5:30pm through Sunday, 3 pm, May 27-29

Cost: $300 for those who register by April 1, $325 for those who register after April 1. Cost includes meals, lodging, classes and yoga. For those who need scholarships, we offer a sliding scale from $225-$300.
